With each breath, bring in the light that purifies your being.

And then with every exhale, you imagine the stagnant, old energies and emotions dripping from your body like a dark cloud.

Now imagine the location of your chakras from top to bottom.

Imagine by every breath, water of moonlight, coming from above into your chakras one by one.

Then expelling stagnant and black energy from that chakra with every exhalation.

The Crown Chakra: One deep breath, and then the violet light spread above your head. A deep exhale and then expired energy like a black cloud, leaves from your head.

Continue to breathe and gazing at the moon.

Imagine this red light moving to the center of the earth and merge with earth’s core.

Then imagine this red and hot light rising, going all the way from the first to the seventh chakras. (If you like, you can go from bottom to top with one inhale and exhale on each chakra, otherwise just by one deep long inhale through all chakras)

And then, with a deep exhale, release your spirit and your energy toward the moon.

After all these steps, continue staring at the moon and finish the meditation with three breaths.

But keep your eyes open when inhaling and close your eyes slowly when you exhale.
